About Prescott's Grill

Chris and Jenna were married in 1998 and have both dreamed of their own place since their honeymoon to Santa Catalina Island. They sat at a small cafe off the small sandy beach enjoying savory appetizers and good conversation. That would be the culmination of all their experience and patience.

Chef Christopher Rohe started cooking early in Rochester MN and has worked in and around Rochester for 21 years. He received his culinary diploma from a Rochester Community College Program. Taking his culinary experience he worked at the Broadstreet Cafe for 7 years as Executive Chef and as Food & Beverage Director at the Rochester Athletic Club for 5 years.

Our Executive Chef Christopher Rohe has worked for many years to achieve his Certified Executive Chef status from the American Culinary Federation (ACF). He serves as the Vice-President of the South Eastern Minnesota Chapter of the ACF.

This chapter is involved in partnering with other local not-for-profit organizations for purposes of fund-raising.

Jenna Rohe has worked in the customer service field, restaurants and catering facilities for many years. Her training through the International Sommelier Guild has made her love of wine her second passion. "Food is more enjoyable with wine complimenting it." Jenna remarked. "There is a wine out there for everyone." She added.

Look Who’s Cooking

“At 25, it would seem that Edward Hayes Jr. has hit the job jackpot. He is the sous-chef at Osteria I Nonni, just south of downtown St. Paul in Lilydale, which is consistently named the best Italian restaurant in Minnesota if not the upper Midwest”

“Chris Rohe….taught me so much and was the best mentor and teacher that any aspiring chef could ever work under.”
